Dan has been the chef at Wolfermans in Fairway, the
Hilton Plaza Inn and Double Tree Hotel. At one time, he
was the Corporate Research Chef at Ball’s Food Store. He
shares his culinary experience and excellence with
students in the award-winning Culinary Art Program at
Johnson County Community College.
