Pete Castillo Executive Chef

Besides being the Executive Chef and owner of Great Plains Catering, Pete Castillo also is the manager and operator of the Food Department at the Ararat Shrine Temple, and Corporate Chef and partner in Pacific Island Soy Sauce. In addition to those positions, Pete is currently working to open a new restaurant in Kansas City, ¡Caliente! . Pete’s repertoire is creative and exotic. He merges local foods into unexpected flavors and brilliant colors crafting delectable dishes from main courses to remarkable, refreshing drinks.
