We raise
and process our beef the old-fashioned way. Our cattle
graze on grassy fields and never receive hormones or
sub-therapeutic antibiotics. Our local farmers feed a
supplemental diet of corn for superior tenderness and
flavor. We treat our cattle humanely and take pride in
providing them with a stress-free environment.
After
processing in our plant in Uniontown, Kansas, we dry age
our beef naturally. This slow process gives the beef an
exceptional juicy and robust flavor.
Our
strict procedures allow us to trace every cut of meat, including our ground beef, back to its source. Our ground beef comes from all-natural, ground chuck and ground round, which has been de-boned by hand. We
believe our efforts produce superior beef with the best
flavor you have ever tasted.
